Thank you for shopping with DeNovix. All orders placed through the DeNovix Webstore are shipped from our facility at 3411 Silverside Road, Hanby Building, Wilmington, Delaware 19810, United States.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Customers outside the US should contact their local DeNovix distributor to place an order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows vary by product type:
- Instruments (Spectrophotometers, Fluorometers, Cell Counters): Standard shipping — 1–2 business days — $200.00 flat rate
- Assays, Accessories & Consumables: Standard shipping — 3–4 business days — $50.00 flat rate
- Pipette Tips: Standard shipping — rates calculated at checkout based on destination
- Pipettes (Squid, DeNovix): Standard shipping — rates calculated at checkout
- Preventative Maintenance Plans & Extended Warranties: These are service plans delivered digitally — no physical shipment applies
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Instrument Shipments
DeNovix instruments are shipped via FedEx and are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Freight costs for standard delivery are covered in the flat-rate shipping charge. If you require expedited delivery or special handling, please contact us at info@denovix.com before placing your order.
Preventative Maintenance Plan Shipments
When you purchase a Preventative Maintenance Plan, DeNovix will arrange for your instrument to be shipped to our facility at no freight cost to you. Return shipping after service is also covered by DeNovix. Your instrument serial number is required at checkout to activate a plan.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at info@denovix.com or call 1-302-442-6911. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for a carrier claim.
